The HELIO Standalone Gas Detector or 3 Channel Gas Detector can be easily installed to detect gas hazards associated with W.W.T.Ps. These detectors can interface to the HELIO control panel or act as standalone gas detectors. Our remotely mounted gas sensors allow the user to detect a gas leak at the closest possible point of risk. Using the internal alarm relays and 4-20mA output they can be configured to control slam shut valves, extract fans and operate other local alarms. The HELIO DTEX Gas Detector housed in an explosion proof enclosure is designed to operate in Ex rated environments.

Gas Hazards typically include Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide(CO), Oxygen (O2), Chlorine (CL2) Chlorine Dioxide (CIO2), Ozone (O3) and Ammonia (NH3).
