HELIO intelligent Gas Detectors currently monitor a wide array of gas hazards in Pharma and Bio-Pharma industries. Working closely with these sectors has led to the design and development of the HELIO Standalone gas detector , HELIO 3 Channel Gas Detector, the explosion proof HELIO DTEX Gas Detector and the HELIO Control Panel. Gas sensors can be remotely mounted up to 50 metres from the detector display transmitter ,directly at the gas hazard source. Network up to 200 HELIO gas detectors via Modbus communication protocol. Control alarm and fault signals directly from detector relays and 4-20mA outputs.

Gas hazards include Natural gas (CH4), Hydrogen (H2), Propane (C3H8), Oxygen (O2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Hydrogen Chloride (HCL), Nitric Oxide (NO), Bromine (BR2) Ammonia (NH3) Carbon Monoxide (CO) etc.
